We cover the basics including the poses for your division, what the judges are looking for and how the scoring works, macros vs meal plans, how to define your goals for ultimate success within competing, how to choose your competition suit, stage hair & makeup tips, what to bring backstage, hormones & remaining healthy throughout your prep, lots of posing practice, & more!
