That’s a question I asked myself more than once.
Because for years, my entire identity was wrapped up in being the competitor.
The meal prep, the training, the posing practice, the show day glam — it was ALL-consuming. And honestly? I loved it. Competing gave me discipline, confidence, and a sense of achievement I’d never experienced before.
But here’s the truth that hit me hard:
When the stage lights went off… I didn’t always know who I was without it.
And I know I’m not alone in this.
 So many of us tie our self-worth to how we look, how we place, or how strict we can be with prep. But your identity is not your stage package.
