Level 2 Beginner/Intermediate Workshop
This workshop is for any female competitor who has competed on stage at least once -OR- has attended ANY previous Fit Show Forum Workshops -OR- has completed the online course "Amateur Advantage" for new competitors.
At Fit Show Forum Level 1 Workshop we covered the basics including the poses for your division, what the judges are looking for and how the scoring works, what to look for in a coach, hormone health, how to define your goals for ultimate success within competing, how to choose your competition suit, remaining healthy and loving your body throughout your prep, lots of posing practice, & more!
In Level 2, we go a little deeper & cover a few more topics including proper skin prep for a flawless tan, hair & makeup tips for stage, breathing techniques for better stage presentation while posing, how to advance in the sport according to your goals, how to use social media to help gain sponsorships, an intensive mock competition to prep you for stage with feedback from judges, an intro to reverse dieting, managing "post show blues," & more!
Schedule of Events
This workshop will be all day on Saturday, July 1st from 9am to 4pm. Check-ins will start at 8:30am CST so you have time to grab some coffee and find a seat!

Located near the Nashville Airport, our workshop will be held within this hotel's centralized and elegant meeting space.
What To Bring
This is an all day event so come prepared by bringing any meals you may need to eat (if in prep), extra water, a pencil, and definitely your posing heels!
Workbooks and folders will be provided, but in case you need extra writing space, bring a notebook or journal.
