Lady Parts: Menstrual Regulation Course

Leaving this course, attendeesĀ  will possess the knowledge and ability to track the menstrual cycle, identify potential imbalances & select intervention that may improve the quality and consistency of the menstrual cycle and enhance the performance of the female athlete.

This is it!

Finally a course for coaches and competitors that tackles the topic of menstruation. This is not a medical course, nor does it teach coaches to deliver medical advice. Lady Parts is a course to help coaches and competitors learn to track a menstrual cycle and identify opportunities to alter training, diet, lifestyle and herbal medicine interventions to improve the quality and consistency of the menstrual cycle... as it relates to how you LOOK and FEEL.

Because let's be real... debilitating cramps don't really help you push harder in the gym and negatively impacts the intensity & quality of your training (and so much more) whether you're in prep or in your improvement season.
