Level 2 Beginner/Intermediate Workshop
This workshop is for any female competitor who has competed or plans to compete, or has attended ANY previous Fit Show Forum Workshops.
At Fit Show Forum Level 1 Workshop we covered the basics including the poses for your division, what the judges are looking for, how the scoring works, the science behind how to grow your glutes, mindset tips for first-timers, how to define your goals for ultimate success within competing, breath-work and mobility work for better posing, how to choose your competition suit, remaining healthy throughout your prep, lots of posing practice, & more!
In Level 2, we go a little deeper & cover a few more topics including proper skin prep for a flawless tan, hair & makeup tips for stage, more breathing techniques for better stage presence, prep travel tips, how to advance in the sport according to your goals, how to use social media to build your online presence & gain sponsorships, mental health within competing & beyond, an intensive mock competition to prep you for stage with feedback from judges, an intro to reverse dieting, managing "post show blues," & more!
Schedule of Events
This is a FULL DAY workshop on Saturday, June 27th starting at 9am to 4:30pm. Check-ins will start at 8:30am CST so you have time to grab some coffee, get your goodie bag & folder, and find a seat!

What To Bring
This is an all day event so come prepared by bringing any meals you may need to eat, extra water, a pen or pencil, and definitely your posing heels!
Workbooks and folders will be provided, but you can bring a notebook or journal too.
Registered participants will receive a more detailed email with schedule & what to bring.
