Glute-Focused Training Camp

This one day course is designed to improve efficiency and effectiveness of glute training. Learn theoretical and practical science behind the program design, exercise selection, technique and basic troubleshooting through science-based training principles.

Finally a science-based course for coaches and competitors that is taught in-person and open to everyone including fitness professionals, coaches, athletes, and enthusiasts interested in glute training!

Learn the importance of glute training for performance, posture, injury prevention, and aesthetics.

Participants PreReqs:     Basic gym experience recommended; no advanced knowledge required.

Material Provided:    Digital Handout with lecture sides, Exercise Descriptions, & Sample Training Programs.

Part 1:

Classroom Lecture

10am - 12pm

Learn about Glute Anatomy and Function, as well as the impact of different Training Variables, Principles, Strategy & Program Design.

Part 2:

Practical Instruction

12pm - 1pm

Learn which exercises, variations and movements have the most impact on Glute training, along with proper exercise technique.

Part 3:

Hands-On Training Session

1pm - 4pm

Opportunity to put information learned from lecture & practical session into practice during a training session in the gym.
