The Music City Fit Expo brings together fitness enthusiasts, top brands, and gyms for an action-packed two-day event of competitions, classes, and community. Held at the Nashville Fairgrounds with over 100,000 sq ft of space and over 150 vendors, the expo features Strongman, CrossFit, powerlifting, NPC Bodybuilding, and Olympic lifting events. Attendees can enjoy health product demos, fitness classes, and food from local vendors. MCFE was created to unite the fitness industry & foster lasting relationships within the community.

2026 Athlete Registration đź”—PLEASE NOTE:Â Â No video equipment will be allowed in the auditorium. NO DETACHABLE LENSE CAMERAS are allowed.Â
No soliciting of photo or video services is allowed on the premises. No camera bags, tripods and other equipment is allowed in the auditorium. The National Physique Committee prohibits the use of camera/video photography, video recording, audio recording, and live streaming at any of its sanctioned or promotional events. Permission must be granted and approved by the National Office.

Class Descriptions
True Novice - FIRST TIME Competitor
Novice - has never won their open class
Open - open to all NPC athletes
Junior - athletes ages 18-23
Masters 35+Â - athlete who is 35 or older on show day
Masters 40+Â Â - athlete who is 40 or older on show day
Masters 50+Â - athlete who is 50 or older on show day
Heroes - any athlete who is/was police, fire, medical, military, or first responder, etc
