This 4 hour workshop will combine a 2 hr seminar & group posing to help prepare you for the stage!Whitney will run you through your mandatory poses and comparisons & Dr. Dusten Nelson will introduce you to info that will help you train, eat, and manage other variables more efficiently for a better prep!
